Lulu's is the best in quality food, customer service, and locally owned business in Gilbert. I have eaten here for well over 20 years, and I love the tacos, fresh salsa bar, and great Taco Tuesday special! Cold beer, amd drinks.

Outstanding breakfast burrito!!! It was fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection with great flavor and served hot. Fresh salsa bar was great too.

If it’s great homemade Mexican food you’re after . 3 generations are hard at work here every day. My wife and I have been up and down Gilbert rd for 40 years and never stop in till last week to eat a late lunch. We were shocked by the amazing food and hospitality we received. We have been back 3 times in 10 day. With plans to become there most loyal customers. When you go try the Arizona taco x2 or more. Most likely the best I have ever eaten . This place is SPOTLESS. My absolute favorite was the refried beans with the Az tacos . WHAT A MEAL . High quality ingredients and all made from scratch EVERY DAY. You will not believe the flavor in everything you try . We absolutely recommend this place.

Fruit waters are the best in town, my other half is from Sinaloa and always compares the drinks to back home and we have yet to find a place that has quality drinks until now. Great food great drinks family owned.

Best fish tacos of my life tonight at Lulu’s! We loved the feel of the place with the old picture of the family on the wall. It was fun that the mom and daughter in the picture were there running the business 31 years later.

Lulu’s Taco Shop is a spiritual experience wrapped in a tortilla. Five stars without even blinking. The enchiladas? Straight fire. Not like oh this is kinda spicy fire, I mean fire as in you might shed a single tear and reconsider every weak excuse for an enchilada you have ever eaten. The tacos are on a whole different level. Life transforming. One bite in and I started reevaluating my decisions, my job, my place in the universe. These tacos do not play around. They are loaded, perfectly seasoned, and somehow taste like love, chaos, and victory all at once. Even the rice and beans slap. Usually that part is an afterthought, but here it is like the supporting cast came to win an award. Not dry, not bland, just perfectly done. Service? Amazing. The staff is friendly, fast, and acts like they actually want you there, which is rare and deeply appreciated. Whole vibe is laid back and exactly what a taco spot should be. Lulu’s delivers every time. Come hungry, leave full and possibly emotionally attached.

My family and I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened in the 90's and it always keeps the high quality food, cleanliness and great service. I highly recommend it and it's waaay better than backyard taco.
